  • The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.
  • Warranty coverage typically includes repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
  • Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, and environmental factors (such as lightning strikes, power surges, or water intrusion due to improper installation) are excluded from coverage.

6.2 Outdoor Use

YINGLUX outdoor LED displays are designed for weather resistance. To maintain warranty coverage:

  • Always install the product in accordance with the provided installation and safety guidelines.
  • Use proper enclosures or mounting structures when required.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation and power supply as specified in the product documentation.

6.3 Warranty Claims

To file a claim:

  2. We may request photos, serial numbers, or additional documentation.
  3. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from YINGLUX.

  • Program description: YINGLUX sends order and shipping notifications, customer service replies, and (where you have separately consented) promotional offers.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To opt back in, sign up again as you did initially.
